- Early-stage pricing — Siena is still preselling. Today's prices are lower than they will be at turnover.
- Location math — Bacoor is growing, but values haven't fully caught up yet. This is a buy-before-the-curve opportunity.
- Lot-only still available — If you prefer to design and build your own home, that option remains.
Who this is NOT for
- Buyers who need to move in immediately — preselling means turnover is still ahead. If you need a home now, this isn't the fit.
- Short-term flippers — This is not a quick resale play. The value shows over time, not in 12–24 months.
