  • Developer track record — Crown Asia delivers. I've seen their projects through turnover, and execution is consistent for this segment.
  • Now with House & Lot — you no longer have to build on your own. Four designed models are available, giving you a move-in-ready option.
  • Early-stage pricing — Siena is still preselling. Today's prices are lower than they will be at turnover.
  • Location math — Bacoor is growing, but values haven't fully caught up yet. This is a buy-before-the-curve opportunity.
  • Lot-only still available — If you prefer to design and build your own home, that option remains.

Who this is NOT for

  • Buyers who need to move in immediately — preselling means turnover is still ahead. If you need a home now, this isn't the fit.
  • Short-term flippers — This is not a quick resale play. The value shows over time, not in 12–24 months.
  • Budget-stretchers — If reserving already feels tight, the long-term commitment (lot + construction for H&L, or lot + future build) will feel heavier over time.
